2. Description of Service

GlassBox provides a platform for creating verifiable, embeddable data widgets that display real-time metrics from connected data sources. Our service allows users to prove their results with live, tamper-proof data.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or falsify displayed data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

GlassBox and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including all software, content, and trademarks. You retain ownership of data you upload but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlassBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
